On August 16, the first session of the live broadcast event “Dialogue with ‘Little Giants’,” hosted by the Training Committee of the China Enterprise Confederation, was held in Beijing. This session invited two founders of nationally recognized “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” ‘Little Giant’ enterprises to share their insights and experiences on how to strengthen and optimize their businesses. The event also featured on-site commentary by Liu Chunhua, a renowned expert in practical marketing management. Qi Lei, Vice President of the Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) of the Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and Chairman of Jiyuan Lutai Nanomaterials Co., Ltd., served as a representative of Jiyuan’s ‘Little Giant’ entrepreneurs and participated in the on-site Q&A session.

This episode of “Dialogue with ‘Little Giants’” focuses on Wuxi Rilink Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Rilink Technology) and Hefei Evergrande Jianghai Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Evergrande Jianghai). Both Rilink Technology and Evergrande Jianghai are “little giant” enterprises driven by high technology. Their development trajectories have followed a path encompassing technology, technical innovation, product development, industrialization, and the construction of complete industrial chains. Their growth journeys and practical experiences are well worth studying. The founders of these two “little giant” enterprises jointly look back on their companies’ development histories, uncover the secrets behind their success, and explore future directions for “little giant” enterprises, offering valuable insights for the growth of more small and medium-sized enterprises across the country. Qi Lei discussed with the guests and teachers the current state of the economic market—characterized by intense industry competition and overcapacity—and addressed key questions such as whether SMEs should continue innovating and conducting R&D or first consolidate their existing markets.

More than 70 representatives from small and medium-sized enterprises in the Jiyuan Demonstration Zone listened to and participated in the sharing event online at Jiyuan Business Park.
